About Arox
It was the GOLDEN JUBILEE YEAR , June 5th, 1994. St. Xavier's College Hall was packed to the capacity. Outside, in the campus, hundred of people shaking hands, embracing, laughing meeting after many years. It was the first gathering of the Alumni/ae of the college. The Alumni/ae came not only from various part of the country but also from abroad. The function was a brainchild of the Principal, Fr. Gilbert D'souza. About 700 Alumni came to the stage to share their good old days.

June 6th, 1994 was the D-DAY in the history of Alumni Association of St. Xavier's College Ranchi. The decision was taken to form the Association. The Association was named "Association of Ranchi Old Xaverians" (AROX).
