Effective Management Program will allow the graduates to create a shared vision and mobilize their energy towards effective goal achievement, manage organizational change, develop effective communication and overcome resistance to change which is going to be the order of the day for them in the present scenario.
Aim & Objective Management and Administration of business is one the most critical task for the managers today. After globalization and open market policy of the government intense competitions are there for the business and managers responsibilities are increased many fold. Efficient performances of the business are another crucial area for the business managers and drive the company/organization into profits. Today every business needs efficient and able business administrator so that the company not only show profits but perform its task within the ethical parameters. This course is aim to fulfill this task and provide the students the opening ground and prepare themselves for the future management jobs. Another objective of the course is to provide deep business knowledge, so that they can perform the best result during their postgraduate study of business management.
Higher scopes of avenues of the Business Administration Programme In the further higher study you can opt for MBA or Post Gradate Diploma in Marketing/Finance/Human Resources. You have also the liberty to pursue your education in the other branches of management as per your likening i.e. International Business, Retail, Material Management, Logistic and Supply Chain etc. This degree is valid for any competitive examination also. You are also eligible for CAT/XAT/MAT like management entrance examination.
Selection Procedure The selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of the marks secured in the Entrance Test followed by Interview, to be notified on the college notice board/college website.
